Egg producer Moark is helping foodinsecure people in the Ozarks by donating 151,200 eggs to the regional food bank, Ozarks Food Harvest (OFH). The 2014 donation from area egg farmers is more than double the size of the 2013 gift of 72,000 eggs.
The Moark egg donation will help families across OFH's 28-county service area struggle to put food on the table. About 170,000 people are served by OFH's 200 pantries and programs each year, according to KSPR.
