Boris Galisson has joined meat separation technology company Lima as an area sales manager. Galisson is responsible for strengthening the links between Lima and its distributors to develop further Lima sales and service.
Galisson will be covering Central and South America, Southern and Eastern Africa, the Middle East, Pakistan, Sri Lanka and the Caucasus.
Galisson graduated from a French agro industry high school and has spent eight years in international sales of thermal processing equipment for the food and pharmaceutical industries. He also has previous food factory production management experiences. He speaks English, Spanish, Russian and French.
