The Poultry Research Days will be held March 25-16, 2015 in Tours, France. This congress is organized by ITAVI, INRA, ANSES and CTCPA, with the support of the French branches of the World Poultry Science Association (WPSA) and the World Veterinary Poultry Association (WVPA), two international poultry farming organizations.
The first day will be directed at professionals, discussing poultry competitiveness, faming and society, hygiene, genetics, protein self-sufficiency and use of antibiotics. The second day will be dedicated to presenting research results over the economy, sustainability, pathology, hygiene, genetics and nutrition.
Each session will be introduced by a series of overviews from the work of collaboration between researchers and practitioners. The eight reviews will be accompanied by more than 70 targeted short communications. About 130 posters will be exhibited for attendees during the breaks.
