Laboratoires Phodé has announced the arrival of Jean-François Gabarrou, Ph.D, as its new poultry technical manager. He will strengthen the Animal Care Marketing and Technical department of the company. The addition exemplifies Laboratoires Phodé expansion as an expert in sensory functional solutions dedicated to animal well-being.
Dr. Gabarrou will focus on the evolution of the Phodé Poultry range of products, managing scientific works and developing global technical customer support.
Following completion of a Master’s Degree in Agronomy and Animal Sciences, Dr. Gabarrou received his Ph.D. in Monogastric Nutrition at INRA (French National Institute of Agronomic Research). Since then, he has held teaching and managing roles in Purpan Engineering School as head teacher of animal sciences, quality management, commercial techniques and then head of poultry experimental units.
Dr. Gabarrou also developed business skills in the international feed industry, namely working on a project of feed mill development in the Ivory Coast.
