Moy Park has announced the appointment of Kirsty Wilkins to the role of human resources and organisation development director. In this senior position, Wilkins will join the company’s executive leadership team, where she will contribute to the strategic development of the business.
With a career spanning almost 30 years including over 20 years’ experience in the food industry, Wilkins will lead Moy Park’s human resources (HR) functions and also drive its talent management, communications and corporate responsibility strategy.
Wilkins joins Moy Park from Tulip, where she held the position of human resources board director and was responsible for leading the HR, learning and development and health and safety functions for the U.K. based food producer.
