During a festive signing ceremony at the VIV EUROPE ’18, China based Sun Daily Farms and HatchTech Group confirmed their cooperation in building a super-size layer hatchery in the Guizhou Province of China.
Sun Daily Farms was founded in 2003 and is a leading producer of table eggs in the higher quality segment. The company has the entire production chain under its own management. In cooperation with the provincial government in Guizhou, Sun Daily Farms will build a super-size hatchery for layers with a total capacity to incubate 125 million eggs per year.
HatchTech China, a fully-owned subsidiary of HatchTech Group, founded in 2008, played a leading role in the formation of the cooperation. The new hatchery will be built in the city of Songtao. The project is expected to be up and running in the 3rd quarter of 2019 and will be fully and only equipped with HatchTech Incubation Technology: HT MicroClimer Setters and Hatchers, HT Fumigation, HT Chick Storage Room, HT Cooling & Heating, HT Ventilation, HT Water Treatment, HT Cleaning Equipment. The project will be constructed by an experienced team of HatchTech supervisors. The day old chicks will be transported in five (5) HatchTech chick transport vehicles, known as HatchTraveller, assuring that the large number of high quality layer chicks are transported under the best possible conditions.
