Jury deadlocks in Tecumseh poultry barn arson case

Woman suspected of setting poultry barn on fire in 2019 is convicted of criminal trespass, but jury couldn’t determine guilt in charges of arson or animal cruelty

A former worker at Tyson Foods’ poultry complex in Tecumseh, Nebraska, was found guilty on charges of misdemeanor criminal trespassing, but the jury was deadlocked on charges of arson and animal cruelty the suspect also faced in relation to a 2019 fire that destroyed a Tecumseh poultry barn.
