OSI Group has appointed Nicole Johnson-Hoffman to the position of chief sustainability officer effective July 1.
Johnson-Hoffman will continue to report to David McDonald, president and chief operating officer of OSI Group.
In addition to her existing role as senior vice president, McDonald’s Global Business Unit, Johnson-Hoffman will take on the expanded responsibility for the continuous development of the company's global sustainability strategy and will provide leadership and direction to OSI’s global teams. She will also collaborate with OSI’s customers, suppliers, employees and other stakeholders across the business to achieve OSI’s strategic intent relative to the various dimensions of sustainability.
Under Johnson-Hoffman’s direction, OSI Group’s sustainability strategy will be based on its ongoing belief that its business and supply chains can always be improved to deliver better outcomes for OSI’s customers, the environment and the communities in which the company operates.
