The MR 40 from Moba Americas will palletize plastic and paper trays using wooden pallets and normal interleaf sheets or special system sheets. Configurations with one or two fixed pallet positions can be created. Automatic pallet transport conveyors are also available creating additional more full pallet positions. Automatic handling of empty pallets and interleaf sheets is included. Weighing stations can be included. When palletizing with cardboard interleaf sheets, each layer can be turned 90 degrees, so that bottom and top cups of trays are opposite for maximum stability. MR40 capacity is 108,000 eggs per hour.
