DuPont Teijin Films offers Mylar COOK. This ovenable film is FDA-approved to 425 F and is designed for "cook-in" meat applications, according to the company. The film runs on standard roll stock thermoforming equipment. It has a self-venting feature and barrier properties to enhance shelf life, Dupont says.
