Romer Labs, a global food-safety diagnostic company, announces AgraStrip Gluten G12 lateral flow test approvals. The AgraStrip Gluten G12 lateral flow test is AOAC-RI approved. The AgraStrip Gluten G12 Test Kit is a lateral flow assay for the detection of Gluten G12 content in food, rinse waters and environmental swab samples. These tests can be used as laboratory test or with a protocol on-site at production lines, etc. Using the AgraStrip devices, traces of potential allergens can be found at different production steps or in the final products, allowing an efficient monitoring of critical control points in a HACCP scheme or any other quality management system
