When MPS Egg Farms and Kipster teamed up to open Kipster’s first farm in the U.S, there were challenges, but the companies were committed to building a sustainable and profitable business in the U.S. like it already had in the Netherlands. Kipster produces what it calls “the world’s first carbon-neutral egg” and has a unique operating model in that it raises its male layer birds for meat production.
