Recently, PACCO trained auditors for the American Meat Institute using a webinar format to update new criteria and standards for processing and transportation. PACCO will also undertake independent peer reviews of industry audits for specific animal systems.

The training programs for meat plant welfare certification will be held in April/May 2011 and for poultry in September/October 2011. For further information, access PACCO’s website.
