In the ever-evolving landscape of the poultry, meat and animal food industries, staying ahead of the curve is not just an advantage, it’s a necessity. The International Production & Processing Expo (IPPE) continues to offer an extensive range of solutions that draws industry leaders worldwide who are committed to business development, implementing best practices, updating operations and remaining competitive.

IPPE is a collaboration of three integrated trade shows — International Feed Expo, International Meat Expo and the International Poultry Expo — representing the entire chain of protein production and processing. The 2024 event, which will be held Jan 30-Feb. 1, is sponsored by the American Feed Industry Association (AFIA), North American Meat Institute (NAMI) and U.S. Poultry & Egg Association (USPOULTRY).

The 2024 show is preparing to welcome more than 30,000 attendees and 1,200+ exhibitors that will occupy more than 590,000 square feet of exhibit space. To accommodate, the show floor has expanded to include four halls: A-Hall, B-Hall, BC-Hall and C-Hall.

Attending IPPE offers the opportunity to meet and connect with industry peers, build relationships and find new suppliers and vendors. From the on-floor welcome reception, Taste of IPPE competition, Discovery Zone area and more, there are networking events for everyone. Mark your calendar for the welcome reception on Tuesday, Jan. 30, from 4:15-5 p.m., and the Taste of IPPE competition Wednesday, Jan. 31, starting at 2 p.m.

Featuring more than 80 hours of sessions on food safety, plant operations, sustainability and other current industry topics, IPPE education programs will be held from Monday, Jan. 29, through Friday, Feb. 2. Experience some of the programs attendees have come to expect each year, such as the International Poultry Scientific Forum (IPSF), Latin American Poultry Summit (LAPS), Pet Food Conference and the International Rendering Symposium, and also make plans to attend some of the new educational programs, including the Food Safety Design Principals Workshop; Feed Your ESG: How Feed Will Help Hit Sustainability Targets; and USDA-APHIS: A Dialogue and Digest.

The theme of IPPE 2024, “Experience it all,” aims to showcase the newest solutions, technologies, research, processes, services and products that the global animal food and protein industries have to offer. Don’t miss out on a world of opportunities — it’s all at IPPE 2024.
