UK pig producers will be urged to start tackling the physical and financial cost of pig disease at a series of conferences organized by the British Pig Executive.
Pig producers and technical experts from the UK, U.S. and Denmark will share their experiences in health management, including how to limit the impact of disease on pig growth and how industry collaboration can help to eradicate disease at the Focus on Health conferences. The conferences are part of the organization’s Two-Tonne Sow campaign and will be held Oct. 17 through 19 in Cirencester, Stowmarket and Wetherby.
