UK pig processor's agricultural director joins British Pig Executive board

Andrew Saunders, agricultural director of UK pig processor Tulip, joined the board of the controlling body for pig levy payers in England, the British Pig Executive.

At Tulip, Saunders oversees BQP, a UK pig production business with 250 farms, covering all aspects from grain supply, to the abattoir, to sourcing pigs for Tulip's four slaughter facilities. Saunders said he will use his pig supply chain knowledge to maximize returns for pig producers and processors.
