Kansas State hosts HACCP feed industry short course

Kansas State University's International Grains Program Conference Center hosted 27 participants for a Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points feed industry short course in November. The three-day course, held collaboratively with the American Feed Industry Association and the National Grain and Feed Association, focused on feed industry regulations, pre-requisites of a HACCP program, and identifying biological, chemical and physical hazards.
