Sodrugestevo Group, an agro-industrial company with core businesses in Russia, Brazil and Europe, has partnered with Mitsui, a diversified trading, investment and service company.
As part of that relationship, Mitsui is purchasing a 10 percent minority investment in Sodrugestevo. The partnership will open up new global markets for Russian grain and at the same time help catapult Sodrugestevo into becoming a global force in the soybean business, according to the companies.
