The National Turkey Federation has released “Turkey Industry Principles,” a document that presents the industry’s commitment to sound business practices, according to a press release by NTF.
NTF president Joel Brandenberger said the document communicates the industry’s dedication to food safety, animal care, the workplace and the environment.
The document also includes a code of ethics and standards of conduct among other policies.
