Vogelsang USA Inc., a manufacturer of pumps, grinders, and related equipment for the municipal, industrial, and agricultural markets, has announced the promotion of Rich Owens as director of sales.
Owens has been a core employee with Vogelsang since 1998 and has shown his dedication and sales talent time and time again in promoting the Vogelsang product. Starting as the Western regional manager, he grew Vogelsang's market share in his territory and added key distribution throughout the region.
As the territory grew in sales, Owens was a key part of expanding the company into additional new OEM markets throughout the country. In 2007, Owens was promoted to national sales manager and took over management of the outside sales team. Vogelsang is very appreciative of his efforts and feels he will excel in his new position.
