AGR Partners is known for taking minority stakes in companies in the food and agricultural sector. Guinness Peat Group has sold several investments recently, including those in Tandou Ltd. and PrimeAg Australia Ltd. The company has also said it plans to sell its entire stake in CIC Australia Ltd.
