Connell Bros. Co. Australasia Pty Ltd., a subsidiary of Wilbur-Ellis Company, announced on January 16 that it has acquired the business of Enzyme Solutions Pty Ltd. based in Melbourne. The acquisition will expand the company's ingredient portfolio within a wide range of industries, including food, home care, animal feed, and industrial applications.

Enzyme Solutions has strong technical capabilities in the tailoring and blending of enzymes for various applications, with dedicated attention to quality and safety.
