The Ohio Department of Health and Healthy Ohio Business Council has recognized The Dupps Company with its highest honor, the 2015 Healthy Ohio Healthy Worksite Gold Award. This honor recognizes employers who best demonstrate a commitment to their employees’ good health through worksite health initiatives and wellness programs. The Dupps Company is the only small manufacturing business (300 employees or less) to receive this prestigious award.

Healthy Ohio Healthy Worksite Award winners are leading the way in this effort by creating healthy work environments for their employees.”

Speaking for The Dupps Company, Jim Vose, director of Human Resources, noted “Everyone at our company is to be congratulated for creating a wellness culture that makes The Dupps Company one of the healthiest worksites in the state of Ohio.”

Among the company’s wellness initiatives is “Commit 2B Fit”, a comprehensive program of healthy activities, on-site health screenings, in-house doctor’s care, wellness counseling and financial incentives for maintaining a healthy lifestyle
