Dan Agro Holding makes a bid for Hedegaard

The battle to buy Danish fed and poultry group Hedegaard has intensified with a bid from Dan Agro Holding valued at DKK 745 per share. Initially in early April, the Swedish farmer' cooperative Lantmännen had offered DKK 520 per share. Dan Agro responded by bidding DKK 650, later raised to DKK 721 before Lantmännen replied with DKK 740.
