Polish pig production 6.6% lower in weight terms

Poland’s production of pigs for slaughter in the first nine months of this year was 6.6% lower in weight terms than in the same period of 2007. 

Poland’s production of pigs for slaughter in the first nine months of this year was 6.6% lower in weight terms than in the same period of 2007, says the Central Statistics Office of Poland. The procurement of pigs for slaughter was 8.9% lower year-on-year.
