Jennie-O Turkey Store is pleased to announce that Megan Koppen has been promoted to Nutritionist.
Koppen earned a Master’s degree in Poultry Science from Texas A&M University. She earned her Master’s degree while working for Jennie-O Turkey Store through the company’s tuition assistance program.
Koppen previously held the position of senior feed formulator. In her new role she will be responsible for low cost production via feed formulation, ingredient quality control and nutrition research.
