Could reopening the country help increase demands for protein?

In a video interview with WATTAgNet, Joseph Kerns, CEO of Kerns and Associates, spoke about the current livestock markets and how long producers should expect to feel the effects of COVID-19.

Kerns explains that we are not through the worst of the markets yet and that he does not believe producers will experience profitability anytime soon. However, there may be light at the end of the tunnel.

Ag producers have always been resilient and that should be no different in this unprecedented time, Kerns explained.
