Latin American Congress attracts 2,000 attendees

Food safety theme of poultry event

The 21st Latin American Congress held in October in Havana, Cuba, attracted approximately 2,000 people from nearly 80 countries.

The theme this year, “Food Safety: an assurance for the future,” included a scientific program providing current information on poultry industry issues.

More than 50 poultry professionals presented on a variety of topics including health, nutrition, management, processing and food safety.
