Murray’s Chicken has introduced an uncured, gluten free chicken bacon made from certified humane antibiotic-free chickens, according to the company. The product has the taste of traditional bacon with 83% less fat than pork brands, no nitrates and preservatives, according to the company.


Murray's said a one-ounce serving of the naturally hardwood smoked chicken bacon contains 35 calories and 1 gram of fat, versus about 250 calories for the pork equivalent.
