Eddie Hegarty, vice chairman of British Goose Producers (BGP), has been elected to succeed Judy Goodman as chairman.
The new position became active at the group's annual meeting. Goodman has been chairman for the past four years, with a prominent role in the BGP for the last ten years. John Franklin, a long-time council member, is stepping into the vacated vice chairman spot.
