MHP S.A. has acquired 100% of Ridny Kray LLC, a company that cultivates grain in the Khmelnytsky region of Ukraine. More than 11,000 hectares will be added to MHP's grain growing enterprise as a result.

MHP S.A. has acquired 100% of Ridny Kray LLC, a company that cultivates grain in the Khmelnytsky region of Ukraine.

More than 11,000 hectares will be added to MHP's grain growing enterprise as a result. "This acquisition adds further strength to our land bank, which will help us to increase our grain output as we drive towards our stated target of 400,000 hectares in the next couple of years," said MHP CEO Yuriy Kosiuk.
