Maxi-Lift has promoted three employees and hired two more in a bid to strengthen and expand its sales force.
Paul Philips was promoted to executive vice president of sales, marketing and operations. He is responsible for leading the sales, marketing, customer service and operations functions for the company. Bo Fisher was promoted to director of sales, where he will be responsible for Maxi-Lift's sales programs and staff. Byron Smith was promoted to director of international sales.
Gail Snyder was hired to manage Midwest Territory outside sales, assisting customers with technical issues relating to bucket elevators. John Windwehen is the company's new senior consultant to the grain and feed industry.
