Kelly Turkeys' new company, KellyBronze Scotland, has purchased 50-acre Magbiehill Farm in a move that will increase both breeding capacity and production of KellyBronze turkeys for the Scotland holiday market.
The resulting partnership between the Kelly and Monk families is expected to further grow business. The company hopes to expand to 6,000 birds by this Christmas; last year's numbers reached 5,000 turkeys.
