Wisconsin-based L.B. White Company Inc. has been acquired by company President and COO Rick Diermeier, company CFO Kevin Gagermeier and former CEO of the CFA Institute Jeff Diermeier.
The acquisition deal includes L.B. White, PSI Heating Systems and two sister companies (La Crosse and Carroll Chair Company) that make up Hospitality International LLC. L.B. White is being purchased from current owners Tony and Claire Wilson. “We sincerely thank Tony and Claire Wilson for their hard work and dedication in making this transaction possible," said Rick Diermeier. "The combined businesses have grown significantly since Tony acquired L.B. White. Each company is well positioned for successful growth in their respective markets.
