Georgia-based MP Equipment Company, a division of the Middleby Corporation Food Processing Group, has hired Blake Wikle as technical sales application manager.

He was previously employed by Fieldale Farms and has 12 years of processing knowledge and experience. Wikle will be responsible for the water portioning business of MP Equipment.
