FLM+ hires two VPs, promotes one

FLM+, a hybrid strategic consulting, marketing and communications company, announces the additions of Steve Zabka and Julie Lux, and the promotion of Laura Moser.

FLM+, a hybrid strategic consulting, marketing and communications company, announces the additions of Steve Zabka and Julie Lux, and the promotion of Laura Moser.

I have worked with Steve for many years, and his talents will be well utilized as we position FLM+ for current and future growth. Julie brings terrific experience and passion to our new BIVI business, ” said Rob McClelland, FLM+ president & CEO. “Laura’s many contributions, leadership and strategic thinking are both recognized and critical as we continue to serve some of the country’s leading ag retailers.”

As senior vice president of resource planning and project management, Zabka joins the FLM+ team to further implement standard policies and procedures, manage resource planning and budgeting and monitor the operational performance of the business. Previously, Zabka served as vice president of technical operations at Adayana providing operational excellence for technology services for more than 13 years. Zabka earned his B.A. in quantitative methods/computer science from the University of St. Thomas. He is based in the FLM+ Minneapolis office.

Moser is promoted to vice president. She joined the company in 2014 and is based in East Lansing, Michigan. Previously, she was an account supervisor and before joining FLM+, she was the manager of communications at the Michigan Milk Producers Association. At FLM+, she uses her co-op knowledge and experience to play a leadership role on the retail team by providing marketing communication and business consulting services to FLM+ clients. Moser’s education includes a B.S. in agricultural communications from The Ohio State University and graduate studies at Michigan State University.

Lux joins the team as vice president, public relations. She supports BIVI in Kansas City, bringing years of experience in public relations supporting prescription, consumer and animal health pharmaceuticals. Most recently, she served as public relations supervisor at Archer Malmo in Memphis, Tennessee, where she was lead agency public relations contact on the Zoetis companion animal division account. Lux brings a unique perspective to her work in the animal health field as a breeder, exhibitor and judge of purebred beagles and American foxhounds. She has served on the public relations team for the annual Westminster Kennel Club Dog Show and as national spokesperson and PR chair for the Dalmatian Club of America. She earned her B.A. in communications from Rockhurst University.
