Major League Baseball (MLB) fans could win tickets to 2023’s All-Star Week events, thanks to a recently announced partnership between the baseball organization and egg producer Pete and Gerry’s.

To win the tickets, the egg producer is asking fans to find the Pete & Gerry’s hen Shelly and an "egg ball" in T-Mobile Park, located in Seattle, Washington. When found, fans must post the pictures on Instagram and tag MLB’s account for a chance to win tickets to MLB All-Star Week.

The prize includes travel and accommodations as part of the "Ultimate All-Star Eggsperience by Pete & Gerry's Home Run Eggs" sweepstakes.

The competition ends on June 24, 2023, at 11:59 p.m. EST. The winner will be randomly selected and notified on or about June 26, 2023.

Along with entry to the All-Star Week events, the winner will also receive a Pete & Gerry's merchandise bundle and a year's supply of Pete & Gerry's eggs. More information about the sweepstakes can be found at https://www.mlb.com.

Pete & Gerry’s will be at All-Star Week too

As part of the partnership, Pete & Gerry's is setting up promotional pastures at All-Star Week. The pastures will be 400 square feet and will feature interactive games and some of the egg producer’s merchandise. Additionally, Shelly the hen will be in attendance for pictures with fans.

During the regular MLB season, Pete & Gerry's will be the presenting sponsor of the "Eggcellent Plays" series, which will showcase highlights and winning plays.

"Partnering with MLB for All-Star Week is an 'eggcellent' opportunity for us to connect with families and fans this summer," stated Phyllis Rothschild, Pete & Gerry’s Chief Marketing Officer. "It's a true home run to be a part of such a fun, historic event and bring the Pete & Gerry's brand to baseball enthusiasts at All-Star Week."

More poultry and baseball partnerships

Just last month, another egg producer partnered with Little League World Series. Eggland’s Best was named the “official egg of Little League” and awarded one family a trip to the Little League World Series as a part of the collaboration.

Additionally, Eggland’s Best will be at the Little League Softball and Baseball World Series giving fans a chance to win giveaways and learn more about nutrition from Sports Registered Dietitian and Nutritionist (RDN) Dawn Jackson Blatner.
