The Sanovo Technology Group OptiLoader PLUS is constructed with all of the features of the existing OptiLoader family, plus many new features: increased capacity, stack in-feed system ensuring the most accurate alignment in the de-stacker module, retaining system for stuck eggs, empty tray stack handling system ensuring more stable and gentle stacking of empty trays, vacuum system for a better hold of the eggs and less energy consumption, optimization of the drive system, CIP recycling system, and more layout variations possible due to flexible configurations and compact size. These PLUS features are available on the 12 and 18 row OptiLoaders.
