Danisco A/S has signed an agreement to acquire Agtech Products Inc, a US-based agricultural biotechnology company, in an attempt to broaden Danisco's influence in the animal production industry. The acquisition includes the incorporation of teams into R&D, technical services, sales and marketing as well as facilities in Waukesha, WI for research and laboratory work.
