NY Attorney General sues JBS for greenwashing claims

In a lawsuit filed February 28, New York Attorney General Letitia James is suing JBS USA Food Company and JBS USA Food Company Holdings (JBS USA) for alleged greenwashing and promoting misleading sustainability claims.
