CPM, a supplier of process equipment, process engineering solutions and after market parts for the animal feed, oilseed, biofuels and food processing industries, has acquired German-based Cimbria Sket.
As CPM Sket, the new venture will continue its work in the oilseed processing industry. Sket complements CPM’s Crown Iron Works, Roskamp Champion and California Pellet Mill business units to create a broad oilseed-processing portfolio. “Crown and Sket have an impressive history of supplier collaboration delivering the most efficient and productive oilseed-processing systems in the world,” said Henning Noack, Sket managing director. “The marriage of these companies will be a great benefit to our customers and employees as we continue to develop leading process and equipment solutions.”
