Life sciences company Royal DSM completed acquisition of Fatrom Furajeri Additivi, a Romanian premix manufacturer.
The acquisition allows DSM to expand its premix facilities and allows better access to the growing Romanian livestock feed market. All assets and business activities of Fatrom in the fields of production, marketing and selling feed premixes and other additives have been transferred to DSM Nutritional Products Romania S.R.L.
