Perten Instruments Inc. has formed a dedicated process instrumentation department.
The department’s functions and mandates include site evaluation visits, installations, systems integration, applications development, training and support. The group’s initial focus is on the Perten diode array based near-infrared process analyzers, and the group will continue to expand as new process instrumentation is added to the company's product portfolio. The group is headed by Ralph Hewitt, manager of process instrumentation, and includes Brian Schultetus, product specialist, systems integration; Darin Crossland, product specialist, applications development; and Magnus Nilsson, product specialist, hardware and customer care.
