Executive Chef Steve Jamison, of Sheraton Atlanta Hotel, was named Best Chef at the second annual 2012 Featherfest FoodFight, held at the International Poultry Expo, sponsored by the U.S. Poultry & Egg Association.
Four chefs each submitted their best omelet for a panel of four judges picked from the audience, who judged the omelets based on taste, plating and originality. The chefs participating in the event represented Sway at Hyatt Regency, Ruth’s Chris at Embassy Suites Centennial Olympic Park, Sheraton Atlanta and Hilton Downtown Atlanta.
