Perten Instruments receives USDA sanitary design approval

Perten Instruments has received certification from the U.S. Department of Agriculture, Dairy Grading Branch, Equipment Design Review Section, that its DA 7300 in-line NIR analysis system is in compliance with NSF/ANSI/3-A 14159-1-2010 Hygiene Requirements for the Design of Meat and Poultry Processing Equipment. The approval means that the instrument can be installed and used in meat and poultry facilities requiring sanitary designed instruments and equipment.
