Following the first International Phytase Summit, the conference organizers have made the conference proceedings available to download via the summit's website.
The event, which was held in Washington, D.C., was jointly hosted by Massey University, The University of Maryland, The University of Sydney and AB Vista. Discussion topics ranged from the analysis of phytate and phytase, to skeletal integrity and the future of phytase use in animal nutrition.
