BioNitrogen Corporation has signed a memorandum of understanding with development authorities in Hardee County, Fl., who will provide the company with $2 million to build a railroad spur on the land where a urea fertilizer plant will be built.
The railroad spur will link the plant site with the main railroad line facilitating the transport of biomass to the plant and urea to BioNitrogen customers. It will also provide for a rail spur on a large piece of land that will provide for BioNitrogen and others expansion opportunities.
