International Poultry Day to precede EuroTier 2012

The European Poultry Club, in partnership with the German Poultry Association and the DLG (German Agricultural Society), will host International Poultry Day On November 12 at EuroTier 2012. Poultry sector representatives at EuroTier 2012 will gather for a special pre-show event to commemorate the 10th anniversary of the European Poultry Club, which centers on European poultry production yesterday, today and tomorrow.

The European Poultry Club, in partnership with the German Poultry Association and the DLG (German Agricultural Society), will host International Poultry Day On November 12 at EuroTier 2012.

Poultry sector representatives at EuroTier 2012 will gather for a special pre-show event to commemorate the 10th anniversary of the European Poultry Club, which centers on European poultry production yesterday, today and tomorrow. Several industry topics will be discussed, including genetic selection in poultry, market trends and consumer behavior.

The event will begin with an opening speech by Gerhard Wagner, club president, and Vladimir Fisinin, president of the Russian Poultry Union. The seminar will be followed by a dinner event and post-dinner address by Sergei Mikhailov, CEO of Cherkizovo Group.

EuroTier 2012 will take place November 13–16, in Hanover, Germany.
