International Poultry Expo, University of Georgia collaborate on Spanish poultry class

The International Poultry Expo is collaborating with the University of Georgia to promote the Poultry School en Español 2013 course to be held February 1–6, 2013, in Athens, Ga. Registrants who sign up for the course will also receive registration to the 2013 International Poultry Expo, which will take place January 29–31, 2013, in Atlanta, Ga.

The International Poultry Expo is collaborating with the University of Georgia to promote the Poultry School en Español 2013 course to be held February 1–6, 2013, in Athens, Ga.

Registrants who sign up for the course will also receive registration to the 2013 International Poultry Expo, which will take place January 29–31, 2013, in Atlanta, Ga. The Poultry School en Español 2013 course is a collaborative effort between the Department of Food Science and Technology and the Department of Poultry Science at the University of Georgia and the Inter-American Institute for Cooperation on Agriculture, and will address current topics, such as best avian practices, processing and technology developments, food safety, value-added processing, quality of poultry products, packaging and culinology.  

Registration for the course is US$1,200 until December 14, 2012, and US$1,400 after that date.
