The world’s fastest omelet-maker will demonstrate his culinary prowess with a hot skillet during the upcoming Gulfood show in Dubai.
Howard Helmer, who has twice entered the Guinness Book of World Records by making 427 omelets in 30 minutes, will give cooking demonstrations of U.S. poultry and egg products on behalf of the USA Poultry & Egg Export Council (USAPEEC), a non-profit trade association that represents U.S. poultry and egg exporters. He will also prepare healthy recipes made with U.S. chicken and turkey.
Helmer will demonstrate U.S. poultry and egg dishes four times daily on February 8-10, in booth X-H71 in Za’Abeel Pavilion across from Salon Culinaire, from 11:30 a.m. to noon, 1:30-2 p.m., 4-4:30 p.m., and 5-5:30 p.m.
